Childcare

Childcare is available before and after school for an additional charge of $7.00/hour along with a one-time $30 Childcare enrollment Fee per family.

Payment Plans

  • Payment in full: Due July 15 – 5% discount applies (payable by cash or check directly to WWCS)
  • Two Payment Plan: Due July 15 and January 15 (payable by cash or check directly to WWCS)
  • Credit Card Payments: Master Card, Discover, American Express & VISA (payable through FACTS Mgmt Company ONLY 3.05% applied)
  • 10 Month Payment Plan: Due 5th or 20th of each month beginning in August through May (automatic withdrawal through FACTS Mgmt. Co.) annual fee of $50.00 applied.
  • 12 Month Payment Plan: Due on the 5th or 20th of each month beginning in July through June (automatic withdrawal through FACTS Mgmt. Co.) annual fee of $50.00 applied
  • Registration Fee & the first month payment (July or August) are non-refundable
  • Tuition contract must be signed & FACTS account established for enrollment to be guaranteed
